This notice describes information collected through the SYNTEK Technologies website.

Project inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, selected services, and project description to review and respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

How the website processes information

Inquiries are delivered through a Telegram bot to SYNTEK’s designated chat, where its members can read the submitted details. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse and may process browser and network information. Cloudflare hosts the deployed website and may process technical request logs. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

Consultation bookings

Consultation bookings are handled by Google Calendar through the booking page embedded on this site. Google processes your name, email address, call preference, optional phone number and consultation notes to schedule the appointment and send confirmations. The embedded page may use Google's cookies and network information under its privacy terms. SYNTEK receives your booking details in its calendar. Google Meet provides video calls; phone appointments use the callback number you supply.

Preferences and tracking

The site stores your light or dark theme preference locally in your browser. This implementation does not include advertising or analytics tracking, and does not maintain a separate inquiry database. Submitted inquiries may remain in the receiving Telegram chat and provider systems.

Questions and requests

Use the website’s contact form for questions about information you have submitted, or reply to an existing correspondence with SYNTEK. Contact availability depends on the inquiry service being configured.
